Seller, HELOC, Refinance and Purchase Loan Signing Packages handled at your home or office, on your schedule, across Seminole, Orange and Volusia counties. Each package is a flat price that includes the stamps.

The package price is a flat signing fee. It includes all stamps in the package at $10 each (the Florida maximum), printing of emailed loan documents up to 150 pages, scanbacks if the title or signing company asks for them, and drop-off of the signed package at a shipping location as instructed. Your receipt shows the notary fees ($10 x number of stamps) and the signing service fee separately. For very large packages, call 407-719-1226 for a quote before booking.
60 minutes on site are included. After that, Extended Time applies ($40 per extra 30 minutes).

Amanda is a former licensed Florida real estate agent and a former Seminole County Clerk of Court employee, so she has spent years around closing documents and court filings. That experience is why she is careful, prepared, and on time at every signing.
What to expect
- Bring acceptable ID for each signer. Witnesses only if the title company or lender instructions call for them (a deed needs two, s. 689.01).
- Every page presented in order, with signature and initial spots flagged.
- Questions about loan terms go to your lender or title company, since a notary cannot explain them.
- The name on each ID should match the loan documents. If it does not, the title company decides how to handle it.
- Some lenders ask you to have an insurance declarations page, a copy of your ID, or a check ready. Follow your closing instructions.
- If the signer doesn't read or speak English well, please bring an interpreter you trust. We can't provide or arrange one.
- Scanbacks and drop-off of the signed package as instructed are included.
