These terms apply to appointments booked with Amanda Szymanski LLC.

Booking and payment
You pay the exact total shown before you book, in one payment. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is complete.
Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation 24 hours or more ahead, or within 15 minutes of booking. Otherwise a flat $45 fee, taken only from the travel and service part. Same rule for same-day and rush bookings. The full policy is on the pricing page.
Jail visits
If a jail refuses the visit after payment: full refund.
Unused stamps

What a notary can and cannot do
A notary cannot give legal advice or prepare documents. The notary may decline to notarize if Florida legal requirements are not met, for example if a signer has no acceptable identification or does not appear to understand the document.
