Mobile Notary Prices and Fees

Every price has the same simple parts: a base price by service that includes 1 to 3 stamps (loan packages include all stamps), a travel fee based on your ZIP code, any time surcharge, $10 for each extra stamp (the Florida maximum, s. 117.05(2)(a)), and any add-ons. You see one all-in total before you pay.

A stamp is one completed notarial certificate. The base price includes 1 to 3 stamps. Each extra stamp is $10, the Florida maximum per notarial act (s. 117.05(2)(a)). One document may need more than one stamp. Loan packages include all stamps.

The package price is a flat signing fee. It includes all stamps in the package at $10 each (the Florida maximum), printing of emailed loan documents up to 150 pages, scanbacks if the title or signing company asks for them, and drop-off of the signed package at a shipping location as instructed. Your receipt shows the notary fees ($10 x number of stamps) and the signing service fee separately. For very large packages, call 407-719-1226 for a quote before booking.

Jail and Detention Center Visits are accepted only after the facility confirms the visit, the time and its rules.

Add-ons

Add-onPriceNotes
Witness$25 per witnessFor documents that need witnesses. Every witness we supply is disinterested: not named in and not benefiting from your documents. Witnesses can be booked only 24 hours or more ahead. Free if you bring your own witnesses. If we cannot supply a booked witness, the witness fee is refunded in full.
Extended Time$40 per extra 30 minutesCharged after the included on-site time. Covers waiting time, long signings and appointments with 5 or more signers.
Document Printing$25 per appointment, up to 50 pagesFor documents you email to us before the appointment. Already included in loan signing packages.

Extra signers: no extra appointment fee for up to 4 signers at the same place and time. Stamps for every signer count toward the 1 to 3 stamps in the base price, and each extra stamp is $10. For 5 or more signers, add Extended Time.

Payment

Pay in full when you book. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment is complete. Payment is by card through our secure online booking (Stripe).

You see the all-in total before you pay, and that is the amount charged, once. There is no automatic second charge at the appointment. If fewer stamps are needed, we refund the unused $10 stamp fees within 2 business days after the appointment. If something unusual comes up on site, such as more stamps, extra time or witnesses than you booked, Amanda will talk it through with you, and any extra charge happens only if you agree to it.

We never ask for gift cards, wire transfers or payment apps.

Cancellation, reschedule and refund policy

  1. Cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before the start time, or cancel within 15 minutes of booking: full refund, or free reschedule.
  2. Cancel less than 24 hours before the start time (and more than 15 minutes after booking): a flat $45 cancellation fee, taken only from the travel and service part of your booking. Everything else is refunded, including all stamp fees and unused add-ons.
  3. Same-day and rush appointments follow the same rule: free within 15 minutes of booking, otherwise the flat $45 fee from the travel and service part.
  4. Trip fee when the appointment cannot go ahead: if we arrive and the notarization cannot be completed because the signer cannot be identified as Florida law requires (acceptable ID or credible witnesses), is not available, the documents are missing or incomplete, your own witnesses are not there, or the facility does not allow entry, we keep the appointment fee, travel fee and time surcharge. All stamp fees and unused add-ons are refunded.
  5. Hospital and Care Facility Visits when the patient cannot sign: Florida law does not allow a notary to proceed if the signer appears unable to understand the document or is not signing willingly (s. 117.107(5)). This is Amanda's decision at the visit, not a medical judgment.

    • Kept: the appointment fee, travel fee and time surcharge (travel and time already spent), and the fee for any Provided Witness who came to the visit.
    • Refunded in full: every $10 stamp fee, Extended Time, Document Printing, and the fee for any Provided Witness who did not come.

Before every hospital or care facility visit, we do a short pre-visit check by phone with the family or facility staff. If that check shows the patient cannot sign today, you choose a full refund or a free reschedule, as long as we have not left for the visit.

  6. Stamp fees are only charged for stamps actually completed. Any stamp fee for a stamp not completed is always refunded.
  7. If we cancel, or arrive more than 30 minutes after the start time without your agreement: full refund of everything you paid.
  8. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We issue them within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.

A notary must refuse to notarize when Florida law requires it, for example when the signer cannot be identified or does not appear to understand the document. The trip fee rule or the hospital rule applies in that case.
