General Mobile Notary

I travel to you anywhere in Seminole, Orange and Volusia counties, day or night. The appointment fee is from $75 plus a travel fee based on your ZIP code, and it includes 1 to 3 stamps. Each extra stamp is $10 (one stamp is one completed notarial certificate; $10 is the Florida maximum, s. 117.05(2)(a)). It includes 30 minutes on site and up to 4 signers.

What I notarize

Acknowledgments, jurats (sworn statements), and oaths or affirmations. Examples: affidavits, powers of attorney (two witnesses needed), consent letters (including travel consent for minors), vehicle title paperwork, deeds prepared by others (two witnesses needed), and business documents.

How it works

  1. Get your price. Choose the service and enter your ZIP code or city. You see the all-in total.
  2. Book and pay. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is complete.
  3. Meet. I arrive on time at your home, office, or other location.
  4. Sign. I check identification, watch you sign, and complete the notarization.

What to bring

  • Please bring an ID that is current, or was issued within the last 5 years, and has a serial or ID number on it. Examples: a Florida driver license or ID card, a U.S. passport, a U.S. military ID, or a driver license or ID card from another U.S. state. If you're unsure, call 407-719-1226 before booking.
  • If the signer cannot reasonably get an acceptable ID, Florida allows credible witnesses as a fallback: either one witness who personally knows the signer and is personally known to the notary, or two witnesses who each personally know the signer and each show their own acceptable ID. Credible witnesses must have no financial interest in the document and not be part of it. Each signs a sworn statement (s. 117.05(5)(b)1). Tell us when you book if you will use credible witnesses.
  • Your documents, complete and not signed. Florida law does not allow notarizing a blank or incomplete document.
  • Any witnesses your document requires. If your document needs witnesses, bring your own (free) or add witnesses when you book, at least 24 hours ahead. Any witness we supply is disinterested. See Provided Witness.
  • The name on the ID should match the name on the document.
  • Any instructions from the court, bank, agency or attorney that asked for the notarization, including whether witnesses are needed.
  • If the signer doesn't read or speak English well, please bring an interpreter you trust. We can't provide or arrange one.
  • A table or flat surface and good light.

5 or more signers: add Extended Time ($40 per extra 30 minutes). Need us to print emailed documents? Add Document Printing ($25 per appointment, up to 50 pages).

What I cannot do

  • Give legal advice, choose forms, or explain what a document means.
  • Prepare or fill out your documents.
  • Notarize for someone who is not physically present, or who does not appear to understand what they are signing.

If you are unsure which document you need, please talk to an attorney first.
