What we collect
- When you get a price: the ZIP code or city, service, and appointment options you enter. This stays in your browser to calculate the price.
- When you book: your name, phone number, email address, appointment address, notes you choose to add, and the appointment time.
- When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe on its secure page. We do not see or store your full card number.
- At the appointment: identification details the notary is required to check under Florida law, and any notary journal entry [CONFIRM: journal practice].
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, and carry out your appointment.
- To contact you about your appointment by phone, text message, or email.
- To process your payment and any refund.
Who processes it for us
- GoHighLevel (booking calendar and customer records).
- Stripe (payments).
- Google Workspace (email).
